Frequently asked questions

The questions we are asked most often before a first visit.

QI searched for a dermatology near me in Seoul — where exactly are you?

We are 50m from Exit 5 of Myeongdong Station on Line 4, about a 1-minute walk. The address is 11–13F, 2431 Building, 109 Toegye-ro, Jung-gu, Seoul. Skin care checks in on the 13th floor and OB/GYN on the 12th.

QWhat are the opening hours?

Weekdays (Mon–Fri) 10:00–19:30 and Saturday 10:00–16:00. The weekday lunch break is 14:30–15:30. We are closed on Sundays and public holidays.

QCan I be seen in English?

Yes. English, Chinese and Japanese interpretation coordinators are on site. Between 1 October 2025 and 30 September 2026 the clinic's reception records show 3,385 international patients: Japan 1,770, China 635, Taiwan 192, USA 173 and Hong Kong 50.

QHow do I book?

By phone (+82-2-318-0308), through Naver booking, or via the KakaoTalk channel. We reply in order during clinic hours. Walk-ins are possible but the wait can be long.

QIs there parking?

Yes — the car park at the Migliore Hotel Seoul Myeongdong (formerly Loisir Hotel). Collect a parking voucher at reception; the covered duration depends on the care received.

QCan I combine skin care and women's health in one visit?

Yes, both are in the same building. Skin care checks in on the 13th floor and OB/GYN on the 12th; the clinic occupies floors 11, 12 and 13.

QWhat does the Advanced Regenerative Medicine designation mean?

It is a government designation granted by Korea's Ministry of Health and Welfare under the Act on the Safety of and Support for Advanced Regenerative Medicine and Advanced Biological Products. THE CLIM Clinic Myeongdong holds that designation.

QHow do I find out what a treatment costs?

Fees for treatments not covered by national insurance are posted inside the clinic on the official notice of non-covered fees. Because cost depends on the treatment and the area involved, we explain it at consultation.

QWhich devices do you have?

Viveve, Ultravera, Hemapure, Ultherapy Prime, Thermage FLX, Astrodome, Oligio, Shurink Universe and LDM, among others. Which device is used is decided by a doctor after examination.

QWho are the doctors?

Four board-certified OB/GYN specialists: Dr. Yoo Ji-yeon, Dr. Shin Na-ri, Dr. Kim Duk-kyung and Dr. Bang Yun-jin. Their combined clinical experience is over 35 years — Yoo 13, Shin 12, Kim 5 and Bang 5.
